All items are located at our auction facility 4.5 miles South of Jamestown, ND on US Hwy. 281 S. It is your responsibility to determine condition, details, quantities and all accuracy relating to facts. This catalog is a guide only and not guaranteed. Absolutely NO Auction Day pickup or settlement. Invoices are emailed to winning bidders 30 minutes after the conclusion of auction.

Pickup and Settlement Times: Thursday Oct. 3rd and Friday Oct. 4th from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. 

Last chance settlement and pickup Saturday Oct. 5th from 8:00 am to 11:00 am only. 

All Items Located At: Orr Auction Center, 4154 Hwy. 281 SE, Jamestown, ND. 4.5 miles South of Jamestown, ND on US Hwy. 28.

We accept cash, check and wire transfer (430 Fee). We do not accept credit or debit card.

We kindly ask that, If you are unable to pickup and pay for your purchases on these three days, please do not bid.

Firearms can shipped to your local FFL dealer at a cost of $75 per gun regardless of number of firearms shipped. Be sure to check with your state regulations before placing any bids. Misc. item shipping costs will be figured upon request. Ammo may be shipped, however costs are higher. Please allow 2 weeks for shipping. No handling fees for onsite pickup!

As a Federal Firearms Licensed facility will strictly adhere to all regulations concerning the legal transfer of firearms. All purchasers must complete and pass a background check prior to retaining any firearms purchased. We do not charge any additional fees for this service. Please allow time when picking up for this process as we have no control over the response, nor approval time. We look forward to  meeting all our successful bidders!
